 CRASI offers a wide range of services including:

Benefit plan administrators can be exposed to liability by improperly administering the plan through human error and mistakes. This can lead to disgruntled employees and costly litigation. CRASI can assist by ensuring that proper administration procedures are in place to avoid mistakes and avoid liability. Offered through our insurer, this program provides assistance and counselling support to employees with personal difficulties. Other services include training and coaching to managers and supervisors with workplace issues. The goal of the program is to improve wellness and prevent absenteeism. CRASI offers a car purchase program to both religious and lay-staff. Vehicle pricing is set at dealer cost plus a 3% mark-up. Typically this dealer mark-up ranges from 10% to 12% depending on the vehicle. In addition, Religious can qualify for a fleet discount over and above the aforementioned savings.

This program allows for cost savings and improved time management through a central purchasing facility for cars; in other words one-stop shopping.

CRASI offers the services of a Registered Nurse to assist in medical management and in compliance with prescribed treatments to facilitate a gradual return to work program following an illness/accident. In addition, guidance and assistance is provided to obtain special assistive medical devices. CRASI will also research and provide direction for individuals whom CRASI feels could benefit from the Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) established by some drug manufacturers to extend financial assistance for expensive prescription medication.

The program is based on fundamental principles of compassion, guidance and support.

CRASI will provide periodic reports on the usage under your specific plan and offer advice on how to customize the plan to meet specific needs and how to adapt in changing circumstances. In addition, CRASI will suggest where savings may be realized.
