Employee Benefits - Short Term Disability (STD)/Long Term Disability (LTD)
CRASI offers both Short and Long Term disability benefits to protect an employee’s loss of income while experiencing a work absence due to a disability.
To assist the disabled employee during this difficult period, CRASI offers the services of a Registered Nurse to provide support, assistance and direction regarding medical management and prescription drug compliance. The goal is to return the employee to health and work readiness as soon as possible. It is highly recommended that early intervention by the Registered Nurse be arranged at the onset of workplace absence as this can make a significant difference in the length of the work absence all the while achieving optimal outcomes for all parties concerned. The fundamental principle of the program is based on employee compassion, guidance and support.
