Reimburses the cost of eye exams, eye glasses, frames, contact lenses or laser eye surgery prescribed by an ophthalmologist or licensed optometrist. Vision care benefits are offered without deductibles or co-insurance, and are reimbursed at specific dollar maximums at 100% over a specific period of time (typically 24 consecutive months).
